Hey everyone!

I’m trying to burn a XGD3 image to DVD DL but I having problems.

I use a Lite-on (ATAPI iHAS524   B AL2A) with a USB SATA CONVERTER in my notebook. I’ve already burned more than 100 DVDs with this my DVD recorder. Last week, when I was trying to burn, I get an I/O error “Invalid Address For Write”.

I retry burn the same image but always get error on 49%. I did a test and tried to burn with the DVD Lite-On connected in another computer but the problem persists.

Last Saturday I could burn a DVD+DL image successfully, but It wasn’t a XGD3 image.

Do you have any idea what it could be?

I was thinking the same thing, that UME discs might be junk.  I wasn't sure, though, as I'm not as familiar with UME as say the demon worshipers known as CMC!
