shashgo Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 how do i do that? I have a folder with an .exe file and a subfolder with supporting files. How can I burn this onto dvd and make that dvd bootable
LIGHTNING UK! Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 Bootable in what way? Is it an old dos based game?
dbminter Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 Yeah, when I saw this post earlier this morning, I was wondering why you'd want a game disc to boot, anyway. Unless it's a DOS based game, there's not really a need to. I was thinking if it was a Windows based game or a console based game, you wouldn't really need it to boot into anything. As LUK said, how do you want it to boot? Boot into DOS? Boot into a Windows recovery environment? Boot into Win PE? Boot into Linux?
ianymaty Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 Maybe the OP want just an autorun disc and got confused and don't know how to ask or lost in translation. If thats the desire here is how to make it https://www.wizbit.net/cd-dvd_production_faqs/create-cd-autorun-file/
