Drunkytron The Drunk Posted February 20, 2019 Posted February 20, 2019 So, I have this ps2 image file in the format of ioprp300. When I try to burn it to dvd-r, it says Invalid or Unsupported file format. Haven’t had any luck trying to research this type of file. I really don’t know anything about ‘em to tell you the truth. Is there a way I can change the file somehow so imgburn will burn it to dvd? Thank you very much in advance for any help on this matter
LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 20, 2019 Posted February 20, 2019 How big is the file? What if you change the file extension to .ISO ?
dbminter Posted February 20, 2019 Posted February 20, 2019 Yeah, I've never heard of ioprp300 before. Try changing it to .ISO like LUK said, however, if I had to hazard a guess, I'd say it won't work. It's either not an actual image file format is a proprietary format that only works for specific applications. From what I Googled, there's something called ioprp300.IMG, but it''s not an image file. It's an application file that is required to get a specific PS2 CD game emulator to work.
Drunkytron The Drunk Posted February 21, 2019 Author Posted February 21, 2019 Ok that’s the problem then. I’ll just have to keep searching for a .iso file. Yeah, I had already tried changing the name of the file to ioprp300.iso before creating this topic. So thanks dbminter & LIGHTNING UK!
