ImgBurn COULD be a virus/malware

I came here 'cuz of one tutorial and when I downloaded it my antivirus said, it could be an virus. So for security reasons, I deleted the setup file.

If anyone had the same expereience, then please tell me.

What your AV most likely flagged was OpenCandy, a PUP, potentially unwanted program.  It's not a virus, just don't get click happy when running the installer as you might install an add on software it recommends that you don't want.  And make sure you downloaded it from the official mirror.  Other locations like to wrap around their own unintended consequences.
