This has occured with Sony, Phillips, Verbatim (sometimes) & Memorex (first time, new spindle) DVDs. It has not occured with NexxTech or Office Depot branded discs. polopony Posted April 13, 2007 Share Posted April 13, 2007 copy and paste ,find the info you want to copy,hold the left mouse button down and run the mouse over all the text you want to copy untill it becomes highlighted when it is right click the mouse and choose copy ,hit add reply in this forum and when the cursor is blinking right click the mouse and click paste done the discs have nothing to do with IMGburn compatibility wise its your drive that will have issues with the media the firmware (instructions for the drive ) you're running is the one it was sold with and its quite a few versions behind and needs updating, to do this open IB and in the destination box right click on your SONY 710 a menu will open and the last line is firmware update click on it ,it will show your firmware version and then go through the steps and you will download the newest firmware open the file and with the falsher utility load the newest instructions for your drive the info in the IB window should look like this _NEC DVD_RW ND-3500AG 2.1B (ATA) Current Profile: DVD-R Disc Information: Status: Complete Erasable: No Sessions: 1 Sectors: 2,285,848 Size: 4,681,416,704 bytes Time: 507:59:73 (MM:SS:FF) Supported Write Speeds: 2x, 4x, 6x, 8x, 12x, 16x TOC Information: Session 1... -> Track 01 (Mode 1, LBA: 0 - 2285847) -> LeadOut (LBA: 2285856) Pre-recorded Information: Manufacturer ID: MCC 03RG20 Recording Management Area Information: _NEC DVD_RW ND-3500AG Physical Format Information (Last Recorded): Disc ID: 0@P-!-00 Book Type: DVD-R Part Version: 5 Disc Size: 120mm Maximum Read Rate: Not Specified Number of Layers: 1 Track Path: Parallel Track Path (PTP) Linear Density: 0.267 um/bit Track Density: 0.74 um/track First Physical Sector of Data Area: 196,608 Last Physical Sector of Data Area: 2,482,455 Last Physical Sector in Layer 0: 0 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
