Posted August 18, 2007 Share Posted August 18, 2007 When burning to DVD-R media the program sends a command to the drive telling it how much it's going to burn - that's what's bombing out here, simply because it knows the number is too big. It doesn't send it for DVD+R (it's not required), hence no issue. It'll error out at the end of the burn instead. So long as it's book typed to DVDROM I don't see any issue with using DVD+R over DVD-R. After all, DVD+R DL works ok - right? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
