grego137 Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 using Imgburn. I just did a ISO to Disc burn and got this messge . it happened after the burn when it was going through the "varify sectors" I have a 7.37 Gb movie project, using verbatim DVD+R DL x2.4 (singapore) burning at 4x It only gave me 1 layer break to choose from @ 54/46, I selected that and checked seamless. Error report: I/O Error Revise 0:1:0 Scsi Status: 0x02 Interpretation: Check condition CDB: 28 00 00 00 6F 00 00 01 00 Interpretation: Read (10) - Sector 28656 Sense area: 70 00 05 00 00 00 00 0E 00 00 00 00 64 00 00 00 00 00 Interpretation: Illegal mode for this track then gives me the following options: Cancel / Try Again / Continue and the only thing it responds to is cancel Any idea what this means?? thank you
LIGHTNING UK! Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 It means you got a bad burn. It's much easier if you just copy + paste everything from the Log window.

LIGHTNING UK! Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 It's nothing do with the LB position, the LBA/Sector the drive can't read is Waaaaaay before the layer break.
