BBALL UK Posted December 7, 2008 Share Posted December 7, 2008 (edited) Hi as you can tell I'm new on the forum I signed up because i needed to make a post I've search the net but there is no way of fixing it what I could find. I've been using ImgBurn since the first release and never had a problem before that i was using DVDD and no problems but not its getting stupid this is my problem I keep getting Failed to set L0 Data Zone Capacity! what i will do is tell you drive firmware and post log to help out and see if anyone can fix it. DVD-Writer : Pioneer 116D ( and Pioneer 112D) DVD Firmware : Pioneer 116D (Version 1.09) (DVR-116D_FW109EU2.EXE (1.1MB) updated November 11, 2008) Pioneer 112D (Version 1.28) (DVR112D_FW128EU.EXE (1.1MB) updated November 11, 2008) Ive also put a new power supply in my PC and also as you can see above brought a new Pioneer 116D only one had in shop and both fully update and I've put new IDE data cables in as well. BBALL UK Posted December 7, 2008 Author Share Posted December 7, 2008 (edited) sorry if I name the thread titles wrong the disc are "8.5GB DVD+R DL 2.4X SPEED / 240 mins" and are Datawrite and I know there cheap disc but like I said they worked before and the dye on the disc are all the same i checked that after I made post just to be sure. [EDIT] I'm just putting another PC together trying my spare writer in that pc see if it works if it does then I still have no clue but it must be my PC motherboard because that the only thing i haven't changed.
