just a note i beta tested with kaspersky security suite 5 and got no complaints from kasp AV . it DID tell me the .exe file had changed , and wanted toi know if it was OK to allow it to access the net to check for updates. other than that i had NO PROBLEMS with IB and Kasp AV EDIT just downlaoded the file from the ImgBurn server off the IB web site ( so i ahve the same version as everyone else), did a scan with Kaspersky security suite 6 all was ok, and heres a screen shot of kaspersky checking the .exe file on first run after install . this is to allow or disallow the pog from checking for updates of itself

the top 4 guides in the list are all relevant to V2.0.0.0 thanks to the Guvner who worked tirelessly on getting V2 right before releasing it. a job well done thanks should go to Corholio as well for creating the guides ready for V2's release , so you should all be able to use V2's new toys from the off

can you recognise a brand new disc on the PC first , then format it , THEN use it in the camcorder ? what happens when you try to use it for the 2nd lot of filming in the camcorder then ? also, does your Camcorder,PC and optical drives all recognise the 8cm ( i presume) +RW discs. what camcorder is it Blu ? -
where did you get the stats from MJ ? , dont thy have the 2006 ones ? theyd make a good comparison The average life expectancy in the U.S. was 47 years . still is where Polo lived by the sound of it There were only 8,000 cars in the U.S., and only 144 miles of paved roads. in 2006, thats equal to the surrounding roads to Magic Kingdom in Fl . The maximum speed limit in most cities was 10 mph now thats the limit in McDonalds drive thrus More than 95 percent of all births in the U.S. took place at HOME still is in 2006 , but on TV now instead ! E.R , House M.D , Greys anatomy Ninety percent of all U.S. doctors had NO COLLEGE EDUCATION! still havent, but they all watched E.R , House M.D , Greys anatomy Marijuana, heroin, and morphine were all available over the counter at the local corner drugstores. now you dont even have to walk thru the drug stores door , you can buy them on the sidewalk Eighteen percent of households in the U.S. had at least one full-time servant or domestic help. now its 90% , the servant is called Mom or wife There were about 230 reported murders in the ENTIRE U.S.A. ! thats now equal to the amount of deaths caused by food from McDonalds in the U.S.A , and there in 80 odd other countries as well now !!

stop keep making suggestions for ImgBurn then it only delays the process sometimes Guv'ner , your just to modest

personal opinion is that its not necasary . to keep to LUK's original idea, simple but clever, all the necassary basics are included already. the percentage in the task bar was an extra at some point in the past , so to add more function to it now would only increase the level of "simplicity' only speaking for myself here mind. AND its as easy as maximising the program again to see what operation is going on at any time.

are all your setting at default in IB ?

due to legal constraints regarding copying of movies ( im not suggesting you have or intend to) i wont go into any detail , but when i put my video camera film onto my hdd, then convert i to go on a blank disc if i compress it too much in shrink, this causes me to get choppy playback on differant players again, media quality can be a problem for differant players. what burns onto a disc on a pc doesnt mean the player will like/play it correctly . its a balance of finding the right media that your Burner/pc/stand alone players ALL like . probably been mentioned before, but have you just started/opened a new batch of media, or a new spindle ?

and we have hit #20,000 as i write this, so that theory is out of the window

as per Cornholio above really, without a log file its just a guessing game ( although i did read what you said about the machine locking up). what type of media are you using though ? - R , +R ect ect , and do you have the "Test mode" box checked ?
