Would say it's either dirty or scratched. Tried to clean it?

That version is about a year old.
-
Tried with Chrome version 25.0.1323.1 dev-m and no issue there either.

Downloaded it and logged off the forum, and the pages looks ok in IE9 and FF17.
Might be that you need to keep the internet connection intact as the images are located on an external server.

Doubt that they are burned by ImgBurn. Commercial discs are pressed.
The image that goes to the final production yes, as there were some producers that asked for some special stuff to accomplish this task with the program.

Lowest burn speed is not always the best. To find the best one you need to burn at all available speeds and scan the burned discs in a special program to see how high quality the burn was. Not many burners (if none) today that can burn at 1x.
A general thumb rule is to burn half of the rated speed the media is capable of. For a 16x disc - select 8x.

BD-R discs can be written to once, whereas BD-RE (Blu-ray Disc Recordable Erasable) can be erased and re-recorded multiple times.

Looks like a Lite-On clone.
The drive is a liton clone, not an NEC.The 1270 is a 224 A and the 1260 is an 124 A.

Someone actually running Windows 9x/Me these days?
-
It's not an error - it's a warning.
IF you don't have any problems with that driver being installed, let it be there. Usually it's Daemon Tools that uses it.

Try to use an unused disc.
