The disc's you have are really poor media. Get some verbatim dual layer made in Singapore. See dell to see if there is a firmware update to your drive. but most importantly use verbatim dual layer all the other brands are terrible in comparison

My Pioneer 112 and pioneer BR 202 can write to those disc's @ 2.4x 4x and 8x [6x does not work] but as suggested above if after upgrading your 111 to 1.29 and you have errors then purchase some verbatim dual layer + made in Singapore (not the ones manufactured in India) and you will never look back. Trouble with non verbatim media though you can get 25 to work and then you have to bin another 25 no consistency. [edit] My samsung SH-202H does not like them at 4x got 5 minutes in and error after error they showed up as 4x 6x 8x and I got pretty ring patterns on disc.

When you next go to buy some disc's, think very hard and do some research and buy from an online retailer that clearly shows disc medi code as being YUDEN or TY or MCC you do not want to end up with RITEK, CMC, PRODISC, INFOSMART, being some of the many poorer choices available.

Had a search for firmware I take it yours is a Toshiba lappy. Tried to search on Tosh site but without model number of laptop etc pointless. Those drives as mentioned above are terrible and look to getting a usb2 external drive or build your own.

What are you trying to do though. If you just after burning another copy you would just right click on .DVD file and choose burn with ImgBurn. If you have deleted the .ISO and only have the .DVD file it will not work. If your in build mode switch to write mode if ImgBurn is already open, if not just double click .DVD or right click choose Burn with.
