  1. The best CD-Rs are made by Taiyo Yuden. I've been using Sony CD-Rs (arguably the best you can get here in Brazil) and they've been flawless so far. http://www.firmwarehq.com/Samsung/SH-S222L/files.html
  2. After it says Success burn the disc and the booktype should be correct. Leave the Verify option enabled to make sure the disc was correctly burned.
  3. Use DVD Flick, ConvertXtoDVD or similar program to convert your video(s) before burning.
  4. Update ImgBurn. Try burning at the other available write speeds. Try cleaning the burner with a lens cleaning disc. Try with the 2.4x Verbatim DVD+R DL blanks. Buy a new burner.
  5. Since all other burning programs call that "1-click copy", we here at ImgBurn forum have invented the 2-clicks disc copy
  6. You can probably do that with DVD Shrink itself.
  7. If the source files are correctly made then the burned DVD should work fine, since ImgBurn doesn't change/convert anything.
  8. The other available write speeds. Try cleaning the burner with a lens cleaning disc. Try with high quality media.
  9. By the way... http://www.firmwarehq.com/Samsung/SE-S204N/files.html
  10. It was replied on your other thread.
  11. Update your burner's firmware then try burning again.
  12. Post the full log from that burn.
  13. Try burning at 4x or 6x.
  14. It's the 2nd post from the FAQ thread.
  15. Post what you get in the Log window.
  16. Typo there, it should be /SRC
  17. You could try cleaning the burner with a lens cleaning disc.
  18. Cancel it and see what happens.
  19. We don't use windows built-in burning engine so we're hardly the best people to ask that.
  20. Does that happen when ImgBurn is closed? If it does then it's nothing to do with ImgBurn.
  21. Put a blank DVD in the burner and look at the media information text shown in ImgBurn's window: the Supported Write Speeds field shows you the available options for your burner/firmware/media combination.
  22. The drive thinks there's no disc inside, which is usually a sign of a bad burn. Next time try burning at 4x or 6x. You could also try cleaning the burner with a lens cleaning disc, or even manually if you know how to do it.
  23. You use Write mode for writing a .iso file.
  24. Your source files are bad. You'll need to remake them somehow.
  25. In ImgBurn go to Tools -> Settings -> I/O tab, change SPTI - Device Enumeration Method to Device Interface and click OK. Now try burning again and see which program is holding the burner. If it's DVDFab indeed then you may need to disable Lock Volume - Exclusive Access in the Write tab of ImgBurn's settings.
