bobwarz Posted July 6, 2019 Author Share Posted July 6, 2019 Turned off the PC, re-started the PC, and ran ImgBurn as "Administrator." It worked! What happens every so often is an application that creates or last accessed a file is still in memory, even if it was closed off. And, it fails to properly "release" its "hold" on the file.
