svp mailing list

Is anyone that is subscribed to svp.co.uk's mailing list being bombarded with emails from them, i have had over 4,000 and counting today, just got another 510 emails from them.... just wondering if ne1 else is getting this ?

I had one email on the 2nd - titled: 'Great gift ideas from SVP' - and I've had nothing since.

i got the 'great gift ideas' one on the 3rd - nothing since

actually they are from simon@svp and free gift, and are titled admin@svp

so they are not normal mailing list emails, these are the emails you would get back after say opening a ticket for support...

Ah probably just a virus acting on your/their behalf then.

 

I had a few hundred NDR's come through yesterday on my normal 'home use' account.

 

All of them were about some crappy spam email supposedly coming from me with the subject 'Need in software?'

 

The email I supposedly sent contained the following:

 

Good day!

 

Do you need any software for your pc? We might have what you need...

 

Our site is h**p://www.penok.com

i have checked my system for spyware, virus etc, and as i suspected my system is free of those...

 

 

6,000 + emails from em today and counting...

 

god knows how many by tomorrow

I only had the one last week same as the other guys - have you tried contacting SVP ?

yep have sent sales an email, just waitng to get 3 million replies from them today.

 

 

this mornings installment, though it looks like this will be the last of them, as someone hopefully at their end read what i typed and realised something was not quite right with their system.

there were not normal mailing list emails, it was personal correspondence from a guy there called simon, about my free gift.

 

but it got sorted a day later.

Hey that sounds kind of like what's just happened to me. My dearly departed second cousin, of my third aunt, by a same sex relationship, has left me 10 Million dollars. I didn't even know I had any overseas relations a month ago. I've had to pay $5,000 in costs (taxes, customs clearance etc), but I'll be retiring any day now.
