Well the time is the playback time. An IFO doesn't have a playback time, it's not played! Only a cell (that's part of a chapter / pgc etc) gets played, and hence has a time associated with it. If you split at a file, there's no chance of you noticing it during playback - because nothing is being played. The same goes for if you select a cell that the first cell in any pgc (so long as it's not used in the middle of any other pgcs) - you'd typically spot this by looking at the LBA values. Multiple entries with the same LBA (before the -> arrow), means they're the same thing. If it's cell 1 in one pgc but cell 10 in another, keep looking for better alternatives.

EDIT: Ah but you might have hit a more general bug that I just fixed in 2.3.2.0 that calculated the sector size used in the image incorrectly. I don't think it being a small image was the problem at all. Try 2.3.2.0 and let me know how you get on.

That's doesn't help I'm afraid, they're both DVD-R discs! You need to get the info from a DVD+R DL you've already burnt.

So what files do you see in the VIDEO_TS folder? Can you play the disc on your PC? Maybe your TV's DVD player just doesn't like the media you're using?

Number them 01, 02, 03. It's a text sort, not a number sort. The space character has a lower ascii value than a '1' does.

Click the little button with a picture of a book on it. It's down the bottom right of the main ImgBurn window (possibly on the 'Device' tab if you're in build mode). The go onto the LiteOn tab and change the eeprom settings for the various media types so that DVDROM is selected.
