If you are using Internet Explorer to open up the file in the browser, it happens to me too.
Try using other browser or rightclick and save the file. It's in pdf format, so you need apropriate software to read it.

I can't give you a hint but seems the file is damaged.

About HK system the info I found is this
Media and Formats
DVD-Audio (MLP, MLP 5.1, Dolby® Digital 5.1)*
DVD-Video (DTS® 5.1, Dolby Digital 5.1, Linear PCM)**
Audio CD (DTS 5.1*, Linear PCM)
MP3 on CD (at least 128kbps)
* In conjunction with the Audio 50 & COMAND systems
** In conjunction with the COMAND system onlyThe CDDB is stored in the navigation system not in the player system.
Here I found a manual (hope it's the right one) for the COMAND where it explains how to use CD text and Gracenote database. http://www.mbusa.com/vcm/MB/DigitalAssets/pdfmb/comandmanual/SLK-C-E-CLS-M-Class.pdf
For Audio CD/DVD and MP3 mode see pages 154 - 167.

Disable OPC in Settings > Write tab and try again.
It's not the program, it's your drive/firmware that can't manage to do OPC correctly.
-
Try copy the file elsewhere...
Try update chipset/storage controller drivers.

W 17:32:20 Failed to read from file: 'E:\New\Games\Ready For Burning\Games\Resident.Evil.5.Multi9-RU.Repack\data-b.bin'
Seems you have a problem with the drive where is the image stored.
Run Disk Error Checking on that drive (E:\) http://www.thewindowsclub.com/disk-error-checking-windows-8

I can't figure out what system is mounted in your car, sorry. It should be stated in the specifications section in the manual of the car.
The navigation system has a built in CDDB that can also be updated by user.
You need to find the what system is and download the latest update available, burn it to a disc and follow the specific procedure for update described in manual.
Here is CDDB Gracenote for Pioneer system http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Car/GPS-Navigation/AVIC-Z1+Z2+Z3+Gracenote+CDDB+Database+Update
But aside of that, the player should read CD TEXT as well if it's present on disc. Maybe it's just a setting to read from CDDB or disc or both, I don't know.

Does your player connect in any way to read an online CDDB? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CDDB
Do you have connected an iPhone / smartphone or a navigation system to the player?
Do you have the manual of the player? Read it. It should specify from where it reads the CD TEXT.
What maker/model is your player? Google for your player model + CD TEXT...

The drive don't like that crappy disc.

Yeah, they tend to last less than is advertised. I don't realy trust RW's.
Other problems are the dust, fingerprints and scratches on the surface.
-
Your drive may not been used much but the manufacturing of discs have changed and various from MID to MID so your drive isn't up to date for them.
-
Here are the guides to make a bootable disc. To create the image use "Create image from files/folders" instead of "Write files/folders to disc"

ImgBurn can't do what you want.
Google sure will help you for "multiboot usb" or similar.
-
Did you tried a full erase? Does it happen the same?
Your drive is old and isn't liking the new media.
Maybe it's about time for a new drive to be able to burn the new media.

Look in Help menu for saved logs.

Interesting would be to give them a master disc not a duplicated disc.
To rule out the additional files problem try this:
Make a disc without the additional files and test it on problematic players. If all ok move forward.
Make another disc in this way: add the VIDEO_TS folder to the session (you can ignore AUDIO_TS if you want, the program will make it from scratch anyway) than add the rest of the files. This way the additional files will be placed after the video files. Test it in the problematic players.
If this brings no joy, try to put the additional files in a folder (Z_ADDITIONS) see if it works this way.
BTW, set a higher speed, 1x isn't available.
I 17:53:24 Write Speed: 1x
W 17:53:26 Write Speed Miscompare! - Wanted: 1,385 KB/s (1x), Got: 8,310 KB/s (6x)
W 17:53:26 The drive only supports writing these discs at 6x, 8x, 12x, 16x, 18x, 20x.I 17:59:15 Average Write Rate: 8,032 KB/s (5.8x) - Maximum Write Rate: 8,535 KB/s (6.2x)

Make sure you have the latest firmware on your drive http://www.firmwarehq.com/LG/WH14NS40/files.html
Try other speeds available.

No. You want disc spanning and ImgBurn can't do that.
See if this can help you. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=18276&hl=%2Bspanning

Do not confuse things. Studio 15 or ImgBurn or any other burning software has nothing to do with the quality of burn.
All is down to the combination of media/drive/firmware you are using to burn to disc.
That "more expensive" discs made the difference. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000

You can find them at computer shops or online.
Ask your friends if they got one to borrow you.
I don't reccomend it but you can try this as last resort
Depending on where you buy, it can reach the price of a new drive. Rather get a new drive

Trying to add 2 files to a burn
in ImgBurn Support

You have to add them both in one session in DVDFlick and burn the output to disc.
