And there you go. Too cheap to buy the bloody DVD, you illegally DL from a torrent (as if that wasn't half obvious from the stupid screenshot you posted in post 1) and now expect us to help you get it right. Yeah, right. Anyway, it's got nothing to do with ImgBurn and you got a cheek to post about it. Regards
-
How does your drive go on SL disks? It may be on the way out. Regards
-
Had you posted a log, this would have been shown. Read the pink bit at the top carefully. And if VIDEO_TS.IFO is invalid, then you need to re-rip. We do not give assistance on ripping. Regards
-
Post the full log please. Regards
-
Update your firmware - see http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=2176 And (try to) slow down the burn across a USB port. Regards
-
Search! Change your media to Verbatim, 2.4x MKM-001 Made in Singapore. Regards
-
-R DL might be better used for data and not video. The inherent problem of burning to the edge makes life difficult. Regards
-
The DRX-810UL is probably the USB version of the 810A. If you want to do with what you have, then be prepared for some (possibly many) bad burns. Just chuck them out when you experience them. Regards
-
Never seen that on any disc/media code before. I have - on my burner that was going South. Regards
-
Taking your life into your own hands there, aren't you. A short search would tell you that Verbatims +R 2.4x, Made in Singapore, MKM-001 are the the only DL disks we recommend. Also, wondering where you got your firmware - the last official one and the one of forum.rpc1.org is 1.0f. Go back to it. See http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=2179 Regards
-
Setting it at 0 tries to split at a point that's already a cell boundary. Regards
-
Me, too. I messed around for a month and got that drive a few days ago. It's a winner. Regards
-
Thanks for that homerj32, but in reality, we're just a bunch of drunken louts who like each other's company and know a bit about burning and such. Regards
-
ImgBurn is a burning app, not a converter/authoring app. Anyway, it's very simple. As weisborg has indicated, make a DVD Video disk abd in something like VobBlanker or DVD Remake Pro, still each cell, while keeping the audio. You can make your own still - a black frame will do. Then this will play in any DVD player. But this is not what the burning app is for. Regards
-
Either you have a bad batch of disks (unlikely, but it happens) or your drive is on the way out. Have you checked your DMA? Regards
-
The disk is badly authored or badly ripped (most likely the latter). Regards

One thing I think amazing is that many Americans feel their way has to be the correct way. The language you are supposed to be using is called English. It originated in ... yes ... England!!!! (Hard to believe, isn't it?). And therefore, the way the Brits spell things is the correct way - not the bastardised (yes, it has an "s" in it) version, you yanks work with. For future spell checks, please use this site and not Websters or whatever. Oh! - should you be so inclined, there is a translations feature. You can "translate" most of the strings into American if you like. See the translators topic in the Support sub-forum. Regards

Glad I've stayed outa this one....to date, anyway. @StanTek - all I can say is this is freeware. As such, the program goes where the author wants to take it (even payware does this). You have made a specific suggestion which LUK (who is the sole programmer) has said he isn't interested in implementing. That's really where it should end; there's no use getting into a pissing contest about computer skills and hardware. LUK has said he doesn't wanna do it - end of story in my book. I don't know if you have donated to ImgBurn, but if you haven't, it makes your argument even more tenuous, IMHO. As for "competing", I suspect that ImgBurn does pretty damn well against junk like Ner0. In any event, since ImgBurn is free, there is no need to compete. It is offered to a (usually) very grateful public for their use. If you don't feel it serves your particular needs, then you can obviously continue using solutions which do. Regards

Happy birthday centurion! Regards
-
Download and install Daemon Tools - it does what you want. Regards
-
Thanks nwg - long time, no see. Hope you are well. Regards
-
You still haven't updated your firmware - http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=2265 And verify the burn. And don't bump your posts - we'll get to you. Regards

Help --> ImgBurn Logs Regards
-
It is actually off spec. So you discover it by practice. Regards

The PgcEdit preview has come a long way and the next version will have audio capabilities, including the ability to select which audio stream; proper treatment of angles and ILVU, pauses for non-seamless cells and also correct treatment of stills with audio. Regards
