  1. If yes, it means playback is seamless (ie you won't notice the layer break like you do on commercial DVDs). However, if the LB cell is marked as seamless, you must try this on one burn first to ensure all your players are OK with it (most modern players seem to be). As for your issue with ep 5, please post a burn log (see help menu). There is a chance that you got a bad burn. Try doing a scan in DVDInfoPro or Ner0 CDSpeed. Regards
  2. Why will they inevitably fail? What inevitably fails is cheap garbage media, which you seem hooked on. Go get a Verb and try. Regards
  3. Can't be done. One ISO is a complete DVD. What you can do is take both ISOs and merge them with something like DVD Remake Pro (keeping both menus) or re-authoring with DVD Shrink (losing both menus) and then making another ISO (or just using ImgBurn's build mode). Regards
  4. Welcome to ImgBurn Forum. No matter what, unless you use Verbatim +R DL disks, you're gunna have troubles at the LB. Now, what filesystem you use is dependant on where you're gunna play/access the files. If via a PC, then perhaps all 3 filesystems are in order (although XP will read just UDF easily). Your issues of 8.5Gb files not fitting will be due to improper layer break placement. I, like most other people I suspect, use SPTI - this is the default and we strongly recommend you do not play with the settings unless you know what you are doing. Regards
  5. What's a google? Must be the only person on the planet who doesn't know. Regards
  6. Haven't fired up Ner0 in over a year according to my Add Remove Progs control panel. Will never update it (using 6.6.0.something). Regards
  7. Clearly hopelessly out of spec. That disk is a coaster as far as I am concerned. Regards
  8. The area I am referring to is the one at about 250Mb - where the PIFs go "yellow" momentarily. But this could just be a scan error. As for the 12x, perhaps the burner/firmware/media combo only allows that. As for the "best" burner, the BENQs have a good rep. I'm an LG man myself, though. Regards
  9. Looks fine - there's just one tiny area where it's outa spec, but I wouldn't worry at all. Regards
  10. Some cams just like some types of media and are very iffy with others. I had enormous trouble with my cam when I got it, cos I wanted to use +RW media, but it didn't like it one bit. Yes, ISOBuster Pro can extract. Regards
  11. Is that like [Revelations 32.23]? Regards
  12. You'll have a lot better chance, that's for sure. SONY brand is, in this case, made by Ritek, which is not considered real good. Never heard of Sigma either. So, first go out and get some good media and see how you go then. Also, on a USB port, slow down the burn to 2x. Regards
  13. Fuckin wonderful - fake Verbs finally make it here. Still, you'd know by looking at the dye, I guess. Regards
  14. Not the best media or drive. First step is always switch to quality media - Verbatim or Taiyo Yudens. Regards
  15. Search the forums - you'll see CMC Mags blanks are shit. Get Verbatims or Taiyo Yudens. Also update your firmware to 1.22. Slow your write speed down to 8x max. Regards
  16. Of couse, it's possible. Regards
  17. That means go into Tools -- Settings and click Restore Defaults. Regards
  18. Do try again with a Verbatim. Regards
  19. And the Gestapo raids houses too. Regards
  20. Don't get het up volvo. Judging by the comments and questions on media, no-one reads our recommendations regarding Verbs or TYs, so this one will vanish too. :rotfl: Regards
  21. Well, the guides apply to burning more than one. Once you've done it once, it like riding a bicycle. Regards
  22. Not if it has any form of protection on it. Regards
  23. Again - the briefest of searches would have shown you to get ONLY Verbatim MKM-001s for your DL needs. In this case, it appears the burn succeeded (luck). Regards
  24. Maybe should be retitled "Horse_and_buggy_eng" Regards
  25. I'd say they were a walking advert for CMC-E01s Regards
