I used that firmware on my old NEC1100 - it worked fine, I seem to remember that drive did not support bitsetting, come to that I don't think the new ND4550 does either ! However I removed that drive before Xmas to make way for the new ND4550 Liggy & Dee may have FW for the 1100 as well....

The survivor might think twice about annoying people in their homes now !

The .mds file is small, as Shamus said tho its good to get into the habit of selecting that to burn tho - ImgBurn will pick up the iso if you select the .mds, you don't need to select anything else

I will grab 4.52 at the weekend and try some more scans too.....

Ho Ho Ho - I am Green with envy that you made that Giant reference to Corny db....

I used to use loads of Ritek G04's and G05's but late last year the full face printable G05's went bad...... In two spindles of 50 I had approx 20 bad burns in each. Luckily my supplier kindly sent replacement TYG02's and I have never gone back. Prior to the last 2x spindles of Riteks being poor I had experienced maybe 5-6 per 50 failing to burn....

Corny or what ?
