Welcome to the forum Do you have all the .vob, .ifo, .bup etc files from your source disk ? If you are not reading off the complete collection you are bound to see errors. Next can you post a copy of the ImgBurn log for us ? I am guessing that you should see on your HDD that you have all the DVD files in a VIDEO folder, you can then use ImgBurn in Build mode to turn these into an .iso file that will (assuming all the files were there to begin with and that you have either reduced the size of the files to fit a single layer disc or have Dual Layer media) then play in your standalone player. Problem is from your first post there are way too many unknowns so we need to start crossing them off before we are going to get anywhere.

Shit - forgot to ask, Blutach have you used Procorder for a while then ? Might check that out as I have a friend who can't play NTSC format DVDs and I have a couple he wants to borrow.... Mind you if he is too tight to buy a multi format DVD player I can't see him coughing up for this program either Thanks

In the end it seems that our US friends are the ones missing out as all of my DVD players play both formats without any issues........... It can't be that hard or expensive to implement either as some of the DVD players you buy now are dirt cheap.

Firstly see the bosses post above which confirms this is down to your authoring tool or maybe your actual player. Secondly I would recommend changing your Dual Layer discs when you sort this all out, the only ones that are reliable and give you no problems are Verbatim DVD+R DL 2.4x, everything else is too problematic as can be seen from the Drives/Media tests we did for the forum.
