  1. ImgBurn is already portable. Post the full log.
  2. The image is for single layer discs. You could also try the 3x write speed.
  3. Use some better quality media.
  4. You have some better quality media you can try with?
  5. The disc id/media you are using can be tricky to burn on some burners while others like the media code.
  6. For the stuff you burn you should use the latest version of the program and select the option "truncate" when it's asked for.
  7. The laptop has the same burner model as the new pc?
  8. There is a later version of the program. Try with some better quality media like Verbatim.
  9. Sounds more as you clicked on one of the Google ads on that page.
  10. http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r18659548-Nero-shows-less-than-85GB-on-a-dual-layer-disc
  11. The image is to big for your current media. You need a Blu-ray disc for that size of image.
  12. You have only one speed to try with. Despite what other speed you select, the burner will always use 4x for that disc id.
  13. Post a log of that burn. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=14632
  14. For a burner that supports that media code/discs in the firmware, they can be burned up to 16x. Your burner doesn't do that according to the log.
  15. Post a log.
  16. Switch to read mode with one of those "non working" discs in and post the info from the table "Disc Info" in the right side of the program window.
  17. The blanc disc you inserted is "certainly" new/unused? Does it work with regular single layer disc to burn? The version of the program will not have any impact, sounds more as a dying burner it if can't load a blanc DL Verbatim disc.
  18. If the burner can't burn the best media on the market and a cleaning disc does not help, get a better burner/external burner. SlimLine burners are tricky ones.
  19. 1 image = 1 disc If you need to do what you want, mount the images and do a new build (assuming it's not DVD/Blu-ray Video images).
  20. Try with a cleaning disc, if that also fails, get a new burner.
  21. You closed down the disc layout editor window?
  22. So the files only takes 76% of the disc space. Not sure what the problem with that is.
  23. If it can't burn the best media on the market, try with a cleaning disc or replace the burner.
  24. Same issue if you try to burn with one of the other supported write speeds?
