  1. DVD-R is 4,489MB and DVD+R 4,483MB.
  2. None of the speeds reached over 2.3x.
  3. Hi and welcome to the forum, Christopherno1! It can do this if you use the computer for heavy computing on the same time when you do a burn. Does it also gives these pauses when you only run ImgBurn? Have you checked that your hard disk is in DMA mode? http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/e...20c7db1033.mspx
  4. Main Menu -> Help -> ImgBurn Logs
  5. I guess he needs a flasher also for the .bin file?
  6. This is how you enable it - so do the opposite to stop it.
  7. Hi and welcome to the forum, Mana! There is only one available speed to use, as the burner only will deal with 2.4x. That sounds as the new package of discs is the problem. Try some other (better) brand of media. That burner with the current firmware version doesn't seem to like those discs.
  8. Most stand alone players only plays DVD files (.vob, .ifo and .bup). Some models can play more formats like .avi files. It takes time on an not so fast computer to convert stuff in DVD Flick (or similar programs). Can you just set it to work over the night?
  9. I'm told by the staff of SweBurn that all their Verbatim double-layer media is from Singapore. Have you tried to slow down the speed of your current media to 4x?
  10. Hi and welcome to the forum, ilush! Try to convert the .avi files to DVD compliant files that your stand alone player will like better. Free pogram to use can be DVD Flick. http://www.dvdflick.net/
  11. There are some later versions. The source disc can't be read due to a scratch/dirt. Try to clean it. Give it a proper name when you set the default destination.
  12. RW = Read and Write. http://fredericiana.com/2007/11/29/rw-as-i...-writable-once/ Rewritables are labelled this:
  13. Nero InfoTool in the tab 'Hardware' - should be able to tell you the installed motherboard model. http://www.nero.com/eng/downloads-infotools.html
  14. Found the post. http://club.cdfreaks.com/f44/liteon-dh20a3...tml#post1982269 According to this post it's fixed for -R media. http://club.cdfreaks.com/f44/liteon-dh20a3...tml#post1982858
  15. Hi and welcome to the forum, Nayhova! Could you post a log from one of the failed burns? You'll find it here: Main Menu -> Help -> ImgBurn Logs
  16. Perhaps low quality on the media that you are using. Burning to fast/slow might be another problem.
  17. Glad you got it to work!

Have you tried with another brand of discs? The current ones are not what I would say high quality media.

In that web page - select optical storage in the drop down list box named 'Category' and then select your writer in the other drop down list box. It will take you to a new page where your writers firmware is displayed.

Hi and welcome to the forum, Omi! Not before used discs? PCOC seems to be that latest firmware for your burner. http://www.liteonit.com.tw/global/index.ph...r&Itemid=75
  22. You have checked the tab 'Registry' in the settings of ImgBurn?
  23. Hej! It might be that those that could be verified wasn't very good even they could be read. Only a scan with DVDInfoPro or Nero Discspeed can tell that. If you are looking for cheap Singapore discs, look here.
