Perhaps try to reflash the drive with the latest firmware again.

Somehow your drive think that your inserted disc is already burned. You have the latest already firmware already installed. http://www.firmwarehq.com/Samsung/TS-L532B/files.html You are sure that the discs you insert have not been used before? Also try with another brand of media (disc id) to rule out the media brand as the fault.

According to the DVD standard there can only be one VIDEO_TS folder in a DVD disc. If you need to merge/compile several such folders - use a tool like DVD Shrink to make a new compilation. RW media is nice to use during learning phases. Even if I don't understand how you could end up in the burning phase with those warning messages from ImgBurn.

ImgBurn doesn't change anything in the video or sound part of the DVD. Sure it's not a sound channel that is selected that's not supported by your player? Like DTS sound? Pressed the audio select button on the remote for the player?

If you see the red part in the verify part of the log - it's book typed to DVD-ROM. Never tried to burn without restarting so I have no idea if it works or not. Why 16x? Why update the firmware? i have already done this once in the last couple of months i was on 1.09 before and upgraded to 1.15. In IMGBURN for that Media it says it can support 4x speed. I thought slower burning is better? Isnt there any settings i need to configure? If it worked before with the same discs and speed and firmware - replace the drive with a working one. Sounds cheaper than updating the firmware and using a different speed. You could try to enable OPC.

Try some higher speed as suggested before.
