Is the D:\ drive a hard disk or a DVD reader/burner? The error is more or less that the data on the source can't be read due to hard ware error or copy protection system.

I have the IDE version of that drive, but that firmware is not up to such high versions, so I can't test it. Burned a lot of discs with OPC enabled and no issues.

Settings page: Build tab / Page 2 Disable the option 'Don't ask about Image details'.
