cvch, you're correct, I read the start and misread your intention.

Thanks for getting back to us and letting us know that the problem is sorted out.

Just as a follow up, I looked for a firmware update for your disc player and there isn't one available...bummer.
-

OOPS
...missed that in the log
....damnit. Just got back from fishing all day and was dead tired when I logged on to see what I could apparently screw-up .

If you bought it through clickbank, call them and let them know that you got ripped off by the worthless bastard lying to everyone so that he can make a couple bucks off of unsuspecting people and let them know that you want your money back.

Try looking in Help > ImgBurn Logs, it should be saved there.

Hi Gianogav;
Try changing your write speed to 4X.
Try different media... possibly Taiyo Yuden.
Try cleaning the drive.
Try looking for a firmware update.

I did a search for "command sequence error" and this is what the
Boss
wrote about it sometime back:
Command sequence errors are from where the program tries to send a series of commands to the drive and the drive complains because it's not expecting one (or more of them) when it's in the state it is at the time.... normally this is after a failed burn or something - and probably happens more with olders drives (buggy/less forgiving firmwareI also did a search for firmware and the latest I could find was from 2007...possibly your drive needs a cleaning or a replacement.

Please post the entire log, there is some data that we need to see that the logfile captures.

SOOOOoooooo...He was an apprentice baiter and now he will be a master baiter...good to see he's getting ahead in this world.

Try again, I forgot to advise you to put the program in read mode....
-
Put a blank disc in the drive and copy/paste the information from the right hand window, it will describe your media for us.
-
Sounds like your drive doesn't like the media you're using.
-
OK, since we do not have a crystal ball handy at the moment, what is the problem? Please advise us what you are trying to do and what the program is doing that you do not like. Playing 20 questions with you will just get repetitive and start to cause bad feelings.
