Another ASSHOLE that can't bother to read the guides, use the search function or ask a question about the program when he dicks up...it's so much easier to blame the program than his own lack of skill and comprehension...what a shame...just another ASSHOLE...
Follow mmalves suggestion.
The only discs that we have found over hundreds of tests and thousands of burns have been Taiyo-Yuden or Verbatim DataLifePlus. There aren't all that many disc manufacturers in the world and it seems that sellers, like Imation, Maxell and Memorex, plus a slew of off brand names, use the cheapest crap they can buy and then rebadge it with their trade name and the buyer gets screwed.
I don't know what you are implying. It might be more beneficial to people if you just helped rather than police them though.
#1...We all know what he's implying...
#2...Your choice of media is crap...no matter how much you spend on it...it's still crap. Do as we recommend and buy some TY's or Verb's and get it done with. I don't know who told you that Memorex
but they are full of crap also.

Hi and welcome.
While the Blue Ray disc is seen as a 2x disc by the burner I can't seem to find anything about your mid on the web. 2X is the max it will write but the laws of physics explain to us that max speed isn't reached until the later sections of the disc. You're burning what...3 gigs onto a 35 - 50 gig disc?..it's never going to get to top speed at that rate. I see that you're reading at a greater speed, but reading doesn't entail the work that burning does.
Maybe someone else has a different explanation, but I gave it my best shot since I do not have a BD burner, player or disc...
Blu...I take it that that is a looooong time eh??? Here in the States we have centuries, decades, years months, weeks, days, hours, minutes and seconds without getting into the physics involved in time language...
