Kirk; Have you checked the zoning laws? Maybe their fence is in violation and it would be a shame if they were orded to move it. Then there's set-backs and a whole world of other crap you can bring into play if you really want...

Hell son...if being direct got you flamed around here, there wouldn't be time for anything else... That's something we withold until someone reaches the actual 'asshole' phase with their relationship with the Forum...then it's open season for a while. While many may post that a multi-session capability would be great if incorporated, it just won't come to pass until if and when the Boss decides it will happen. He sees all the requests written on the board and makes his decisions...period...until he decides...we mere mortals just wait and see what's coming next.....

Time for a new one then mate...the new breed of loss leaders and $20-$30 units will play almost whatever you can throw at them, and when they finally screw up, you can toss them without bad feelings since you didn't spend big $ on them anyway.....

To add to what volvo said...I used Herries for years when I was using the NEC drive and never had a problem. With the BenQ and Plex I use firmware from either the manufacturer or the rpc1.org site and again, have not experienced difficulty.

Come in here for help...Can't bother to use the search function or read the threads in the forum... then post a reply like an asshole because you're using crap media and it's pointed out to you by someone who you came to for help.... Just call them as I see them...

AN I/O error generally points to poor media, burner firmware not updated or a couple other things, as mmalves suggested, post a copy of the logfile generated by IB so we can have a look-see...
