dbminter Posted September 3, 2018 Posted September 3, 2018 Under Help, choose ImgBurn logs. Open the log and find the appropriate burn where it failed and copy and paste that part of the log. If I had to hazard a guess, you're probably using Verbatim Life Series CMC media or some other cheap discs that is causing the problem. The log will tell us that.
Robro Posted September 4, 2018 Author Posted September 4, 2018 @Ch3vr0n & @dbminter First, Thanks for taking your time to look into my problem! And as for your requests, The log file txt at "C:\Users\..\AppData\Roaming\ImgBurn\Log Files" were empty. So I copy-pasted what was in the ImgBurn Log window. ........... LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 4, 2018 Posted September 4, 2018 Your drive must have an issue with the 'RITEKF1' media you're using. Try some different discs.
dbminter Posted September 4, 2018 Posted September 4, 2018 Yes, Ritek media can be iffy. It's not as cheap as CMC, but it is a lesser tier media. It's been known to cause issues with some drives. Try Verbatim DataLife Plus DVD-R which you can only find online. NOT the Verbatim Life Series you'll find in stores. That will be CMC garbage.
Robro Posted September 6, 2018 Author Posted September 6, 2018 @LIGHTNING UK! & @dbminter Thank You for your support! I'll try other drives..
