I have ImgBurn running on Ubuntu Edgdy 6.10 with Wine with no problems. It is one of the easiest programs to get running in Wine all you need to do is set it to run under Windows NT 4.0

Here is a screen shot

If you need any additional help you can PM me or I can direct you to another forum on Linux and Wine

You shouldn't even need to do the NT4 bit - best not to infact.

Just disable the 'Use CdRom Class' SPTI option in the settings.

Thanks for the tip I'll give it a try later.

If it still can't find the drive after that, just make sure there's a disc of some kind in the drive, select "Search for SCSI / ATAPI devices" from the Tools menu. It should find it after that.

Or, you could just put a disc in before starting the program, just long enough for it to find it, then eject it. :P
