  1. You are not simply opening a second instance of ImgBurn are you? If so, the first instance has got the drive locked.
  2. There is no finalization on -R format discs, it's only +R's that are finalized. As for the multi session question, no you can't with ImgBurn, it does not support multi session yet.
  3. Doing what you did is the same as using a rescue disc, it's just sitting on the HDD, I think HP and Compaq are big on this.
  4. Shamus, even though I voted, can I ask why you ask?
  5. Ferk That must have been one hell of a party.
  6. What's the matter with you guys? Can't you understand plain English? We want a virtual burner that burns virtual discs that will play in virtual players. Pretty simple really.
  7. Sorry to dissapoint, but my LG4120 sits on a 100% day in day out.
  8. I don't think there is one DB, (criteria) but I could be wrong, I think it just depends on how much you've contributed to the country and how popular you were, as to who would make this decision? I don't know.
  9. Home movies? Sorry, I thought you were talking about actual DVD's, there is no country codes on stuff you make yourself, or am i not understanding what you're trying to do?
  10. ImgBurn will burn whatever is in the image, usually the stripping of country codes is done by rippers (zone free) ImgBurn is not a ripper, so, if you have the files on your HDD, there is a good chance that it IS zone free. That's about as far as we can go about rippers in this forum.
  11. I agree, at the end of the day his time was up, although I firmly believe his lack of expertise with these animals (stingrays) brought him undone. Very sad.
  12. In my opinion, he did, you gotta remember this was no actor (like Paul Hogan) he was the real deal. He really put Australian tourism on the international market, not to mention his generosity with the money he made to many worth while projects and charities. Like I mentioned before, I didn't agree with some of the things he did (mainly for his own safety) and setting an example for dickheads that would go out and try it, but I suppose when you're in front of a camera the fuckers do want you to do stupid things. Again in my opinion, he went beyond his field of expertise, he could read the body language of a croc like a book, he was also very good with snakes, but I somehow don't think under water stuff was his bag, a valuable lesson for all, stick with what you know best, in this very unfortunate case it cost Steve his life.
  13. Your firmware is way out of date, here is the link, 3.07 is the latest listed. http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=2005
  14. While you're at it you might want to check your DMA settings, you'll find a fix for this in the FAQ section.
  15. Very sad, with 2 young children and all, he was an icon, I never really agread with some of the things he did, he really went overboard for the cameras, I allways thought that a croc would get him sooner or later but a stingray never entered my mind, you really have to be stiff for that to happen, I don't think I ever recall anyone bieng killed by a stingray, he will be missed.
  16. Jesus Def, what on earth would make you say something like this? In case you didn't realize at the time, let me point out to you that this is very offensive stuff, I thought you were better than that. I'm speechless.
  17. Yep, as corny said, your image size is not the problem at all, there is plenty of room on the media as I've highlighted.
  18. ImgBurn does not support multi session yet, so in short no.
  19. Well the thing is, one speck of dust will make it fail, hence my comments above.
  20. If you look in the guide section, there is a step by step on how this is done.
  21. If your machine is up to it, (and not many are) go for it. Each instance will lock that drive though.
  22. Have a quick read of the guides, you'll soon use it like a pro.
  23. Not quite so, a disc that fails to read in one drive can read very well in another, it depends on how picky your drive is, your point is well valid though.
  24. There are a number of reasons why a burn would fail, bad media is just one.
