What do you mean 'use it' ?
The only place I can think of where it 'uses' it would be when it is set to automatically generate a destination file name (which is the default setting) in Read mode etc. You're free to edit what it defaults to using.
Yes, programmatically it's trivial to use the ISO9660 one over UDF or Joliet, but it simply hadn't occurred to me that anyone would want/need to... so the facility to do so (from an end user point of view) doesn't exist. It always just uses the one that Windows would display (and is shown within ImgBurn itself).
