  1. That image is too small for SAO mode burning on most drives. Change the Write Type to TAO, burn it and then change it back to SAO.
  2. This is not an xbox support forum.
  3. If it works, it works. If it doesn't, you'll know to try other discs.
  4. Set the 'Publisher' field to something else on the 'Labels' tab.
  5. You need the MKM-003-00 discs. Import them from elsewhere if you have to. Yes, the default settings work best, that's why they're the defaults!
  6. I'm talking about regular/official LiteOn firmware. http://www.firmwarehq.com/download_2131-file_4L17.EXE.html
  7. Another spindle of MKM-003-00 may work ok. You haven't actually said you've tried another one. Try flashing the drive's firmware again. That may clear things out - assuming the flash util will let you install the same version again.
  8. You can't... I did mention that
  9. Copy the link from ImgBurn's mirror and just change the version once you've pasted it. They're all still there... not that you should ever go back a version.
  10. You're meant to be using MKM-003-00 discs. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000
  11. You must just have bad MKM-003-00 discs... or the drive has some weird OPC data stored for that media. Unfortunately, you can't clear the drive's OPC history with the 'iHASxxx E' drives, it rejects the command.
  12. The default settings work fine. The 'overburning' part of that drive wasn't really designed/tested for use on anything another other than Verbatim media... so go and buy some decent MKM-003-00 discs.

  14. Yes, another spindle of MKM-003-00. Ideally, from a different supplier. The 5280-CB-PLUS/ROBOT drives work fine for overburning DVD+R DL discs. I'm not so sure the results they produce are any better than a working LiteOn (or clone) drive though and the LiteOn can do decent disc quality scans.
  15. What do you mean 'use it' ? The only place I can think of where it 'uses' it would be when it is set to automatically generate a destination file name (which is the default setting) in Read mode etc. You're free to edit what it defaults to using. Yes, programmatically it's trivial to use the ISO9660 one over UDF or Joliet, but it simply hadn't occurred to me that anyone would want/need to... so the facility to do so (from an end user point of view) doesn't exist. It always just uses the one that Windows would display (and is shown within ImgBurn itself).
  16. You'll have to try another spindle of discs/drive.
  17. How many discs have you tried? Yours is failing in a generic place on the disc... not even in the bit that's being overburnt. So I'd say either the disc(s) just isn't up to scratch (for normal/decent MKM-003-00) or your drive is at fault. Once you've tried another one or two...and assuming they fail, try enabling the 'Perform OPC Before Write' option and see if that makes a difference.
  18. There's a guide for how to configure the AWS feature. Take a look in the guides section.
  19. Post the log please, not a screenshot.
  20. That prompt setting has nothing to do with disc capacity. I can only assume it's asking you because something isn't quite right and it therefore won't just go ahead and try to send the payload.
  21. Doesn't one already exist that you can just download as a bootable ISO? The only bootable Linux stuff I've seen was a file called isolinux.bin or something.
  22. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?/topic/23245-installation-problem/
  23. Load it in 'write' mode (write image file to disc) and see if you see 'bootable' mentioned next to the 'file says' label. If you do, just burn it.
  24. What have you actually asked? If a BD writer can be used as a source drive to 'copy' a DVD to blank disc in a DVD writer? The answer is 'yes'. They can read (and write) DVDs too, so that isn't a problem. You can't copy on-the-fly with ImgBurn though so your question isn't really relevant on this forum.
  25. Post the log please, not a screenshot.
