  1. Yeah only cos she had to wash his jeans after his little "incident" in the truck
  2. Ok thanks - haven't seen them here in England yet but will keep an eye out for them. I was thinking the other day that it must be about time that these Verb DL's came down in price - guess that won't happen until a reliable alternative is available....
  3. I think you do jmet http://clinks.me.uk/index.php?showtopic=33...ndpost&p=827888

    Rat Monster

Not sure if its the set up or the very gay bloke they sting, but it made me laugh..... Rat Monster
  5. Ah thats the style of the drawing !! I got a couple somewhere of Skylines.....
  6. Well I am not sure about kev's as it looks a bit like a car crash but Lightning UK!'s is a Renault Clio Cup car I think - sporty little number, they also did a 3 litre V6 model in a car smaller than the new mini.....
  7. Yeah Happy Birthday from me too Jr !! I thought I had already posted my congrats but they aren't here !!! lol Oh and I spoke to your Dad - its ok he is getting you a new Ferrari Enzo, its on order at the moment
  8. Watch those discs tho - I have seen nothing that suggests that they are even 90% reliable. Verb DL's would be my only choice for that kind of expense
  9. Good thanks mate - been really busy and not in here much. Should be back to normal now tho. How's Amber ?
  10. http://www.videohelp.com/~r0lZ/pgcedit/index.html Found the above link in blu's signature, has all the info you might need !
  11. I imagine the jump is more noticeable on PTP as the player and laser has to move more. As for the PgcEdit, blutach would be able to help you with that as I think he tests the prog I think....
  12. I still laugh when I see spindles of DVD-R's labelled as video or data....
  13. Perhaps it was just a shit disc then.....
  14. Do you not see even a slight pause on the OTP discs when they change layer ? I have the original Episode III Star Wars discs and noticed it at the weekend.
  15. We could tell him/her about your spillage of "waste" in your truck jmet !!! Imagine their next post then.....
  16. Don't try and wiggle out of it now boss, we all liked you calling the poor poster "totally pointless" ha ha
  17. OTP - Opposite Track Path, means the data is burned from the inside of the disc to the outside on the first layer and then from the outside back to the middle on the second layer. PTP - Parallel Track Path, means the data is burned inside to outside of disc on first layer and then the same again on the second layer. (I think) As for problems I don't really know as all my DL backups have been OTP originals. If your worried try PgcEdit as Lightning suggested above.
  18. Yeah DVD Shrink allows you to do this. I had a spindle of blank discs that were having problems at the outside edge so I just decreased the output size and was able to live with the extra compression.
  19. You already know that the Verbs are the best option for DL burns, have seen mixed results on the Ritek DLs depending on the dye being used. I will stick to Verb for all my DLs for a while yet..... Oh where did you see the Verb DL printables ?
  20. Film version - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0055894/ This ends in a lighthouse scene - could be the one your looking for
  21. The meteorite shower that blinds the population bit sounds like Day of the Triffids, I have only ever seen the BBC series starring John Duttine I think - was young tho and can't remember how it ends..... Hang on....
  22. I might be wrong but I think the .mds was something that the boss put into the old DVDD prog to assist with making DL backups. If you want another program to do this you would have to contact the authors and make your request to them.
