  1. Erase the disc, so it will be empty. Press this button.
  2. MATSHITA is probably the worst brand among the SlimLine models.
  3. Sure that your player can play a DVD Video format on a Blu-ray disc? It might want/expect it in Blu-ray Video format.
  4. Not even Google has heard of that model before. Sure you wrote the right model number for that Lite-On burner?
  5. Sure it's in BD Video format and not DVD Video format that ISO you are using as source? To me it looks like a typical DVD sized movie ISO. What type/name of files do you see when you browse the burned disc?
  6. The Pioneer is not one that I would pick. Have one myself and it's not that good.

    BookType

    According to Babel Fish.
  8. Try to change the setting for "Create CUE - Save As ANSI File" to disabled, it should use Unicode instead then.
  9. I would do it in this order. The most "legend" (Green -> and then the lower colours) Go for the one with N/A in the SPLIP column, meaning it's between physical files. If it's just after a shift of VTS (like in the example LUK gave you) Somewhere close to 50/50 If you see the another color other than green you will end up with something that has video in it. Try to select the first one (the start of the video) rather than in the middle of the video of the same VTS. If you need to pick one in the middle of the video, play the stuff and see how "disturbing" it would be with a slightly pause there (where the laser switches layer). If you player supports it, enable the Seamless option that you see in the upcoming build windows (after you have selected on layer break point here) you should not notice the layer break at all, even if it's in the middle of the video. Most modern players support that function. You can burn one that you know have the layer break in the video and when it plays over the layer break you will notice if you can spot the switch or not on your TV.
  10. ImgBurn can't read protected discs.
  11. Wouldn't it be possible to add this "feature" in the read modes main movie and let it show it when you put the cursor over the label name?
  12. It's a nice burner in both flavours.
  13. Sounds as a rebadged Optiarc AD-7240.
  14. Can you post a log? http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=14632
  15. If you mean burning double layer discs, it should work with good media quality. I have the same burner and it's not the greatest burner from Pioneer (It's not a geniune Pioneer, just a rebadged Lite-On). The best speed depends on the media used. I did some test some time ago with some media. The quality rating column should be as high as possible.
  16. OT I bought the same enclosure a month ago and it works very well with my Optaric 7260, but that is just a DVD burner and not in the need of the faster speeds of an eSATA connecting. I have it only connected through USB 2.0. http://www.sweburn.com/product.php?productid=344&cat=14&page=1
  17. That warning is there for very old DVD players that have problems with seamless layer breaks. Why not burn one DVD and watch it while you play it during the shift of layers? If you use the preview function, you should easily know where in the movie it will happen.
  18. Load the ISO in write mode and look at the row for File System. It should state it there.
  19. Vista without Service Pack 1 was a joke. Windows 7 is IMHO just Vista SP3. I have also that Windows Media Center thing in Windows 7. Never used it.
  20. They both report the faulty value for an empty DVD +R DL disc?
