  1. I would say yes.
  2. What does it say in the status bar in the lower left corner?
  3. If there are no menus, you can use DVD Shrink to do a new compilation in re-author mode. You can mount the images with a program such as DVDFab Virtual Drive and then just pick them up into DVD Shrink. The above is if you have them in .vob/.ifo/.bup format inside the isos. What filetype/format are the movies inside the ISOs?
  4. You might have to force the stream. When you added the titles in the re author window, right click on a title and select Set Default Streams.
  5. Found this old thread. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=6883 Long time since i used DVDRemake, so I can't remember if that one can split cells. I think the best people to help you are located over at Doom9.org's forum.
  6. You need to edit the two different DVD Movie images into one DVD Movie. One of the easiest ways is to use DVD Shrink in re author mode and import the two images into it. That program is not very good with layer breaks, so output the final project as files and then use the Build mode in ImgBurn to create a proper image (or burn directly to disc) with the layer break set right.
  7. Buy a cheap (not he ones that have sound checks and that type of stuff). Most likely the disc is still open and that's why you other reader can't read it.
  8. There is a setting in DVDFab to downgrade the sound, for the purpose of gaining more space for video.
  9. It could be some bad discs in the spindle. I have had spindles that were the pure jokes with Verbatims. You have another package to try with? I would also try to run a lens cleaning disc. I've seen this error message on Lite-Ons to be associated with the sources sector size. Have you tried to burn another project?
  10. Have you tried the 4x write speed? On the package, where are the discs made? Singapore/Taiwan/India/China.
  11. Perhaps the installer for the firmware also works now.
  12. Never had any issues flashing firmware that had installers for XP. The installer file is from 2008 and the readme file might be even older, so it sounds more as they haven't added text for the later Windows versions.
  13. There should be a pop up window that asks you if you want to ignore read errors, but you just end up with a useless image as vital info is missing due to the reading errors.
  14. There is a later firmware version. Not sure if that one really helps. http://www.firmwarehq.com/LG/GGW-H20L/files.html Same hanging issue when you burn DVD discs?
  15. If you have the log window open, you should be able to save it through the File menu in the log window.
  16. Can you post a log of such a burn? How is the burner attached? Latest drivers for the mother board chip sets installed?
  17. Looks as a scratched/dirty disc to me. If the source disc can't be read, there isn't much more to do than to try to clean the disc.
  18. You should be able to create some new cells by doing it in the VTS_03_*.VOB row in VobBlanker (select that one in the left corner of the program) then in the lower window of VobBlanker you should select PGC1 and double click. In the next window you should select Cell 1 as the current suggested break by ImgBurn is between cell 1 and cell 2. So try to find a place just before cell 1 ends, or in the beginning of cell 2 a movie part that is not so vital for you to have the layer break at (perhaps a scene shift). You can create as many layer breaks as you wish (I think the limit is 32 ones / cell). Suggest you take a copy of the current VIDEO_TS folder to another part of your hard disk and just do some experimenting. If it should go really bananas - just copy over the copy and start again (there is also an undo function in VobBlanker). There is also a nice guide here written by blutach, that should give you some more clues. http://download.videohelp.com/jsoto/guides/VobBlanker/splitting_cells/index.htm Have you tried the seam less option? If your player supports, you shouldn't notice the layer break at all. At least I tried to see it on my player in the middle of a scene - but couldn't spot any hiccup.

    problem

Perhaps time to clean the lens with a cleaning disc.

    problem

You could try the 2.4x write speed. Now you have tried the 4x. Get better quality discs is another option. You are also some versions back regarding the program.
  21. It's even more embarrassing when people ask where they can find a burner...
  22. There was in the forum that managed to do it some days ago. So, according to him it should be possible.

    Blue-ray

It can burn those files to discs, yes. You can find guides on how to burn, in the Guides forum.
  24. You need to convert the avi to a DVD Movie compliant set of files. Could use this program. http://www.dvdflick.net/
