for 360 games use ImgBurn's default settings, you do not also need to enter the layebreak yourself as long as you have the .dvd file, the information which told you to enter the layerbreak manually is outdated. Get some Verbatim 2.4x MKM-001-00 and burn at 2.4x set booktype to dvd-rom and everything should be fine.

Try just sticking to 2.4x I have burnt over 100 verb DL+ at those speeds and each one scans at 96% or higher burnt using the 111D drive not opened my 112 yet as I cannot remember where I have put it. The other discs's you have are not worth bothering with I'm afraid.

check the other software you have installed. Post the filter driver load order from tools menu

There is no magic burner that will do what you want from above. It's not the burner but the media. Only use verbatim +DL and a half way decent burner use the 112 you bought So you intend on keeping it in the packet. Do that with the blanks you have as well and your problems will go away.

SP1 no LBA 48 bit adressing so nothing bigger than 137gig http://support.microsoft.com/kb/303013 you can create registry to enable on non sp2 if thats what your using. Better to use latest XP with SP2 and make sure bios is updated to latest.

Either update your firmware to drive or buy good quality media or change your chair

Whichever DVD writer you have, make sure you are using the latest firmware for it and use good quality media EG the only one that is worth having are the verbatim 2.4 speed + dual layer

Not sure I understand exactly what your asking but at the time you create the ISO and just before burning would be the best bet to doing this. You can still alter it if you have the ISO by typing name then click the green icon this will then duplicate the label to other fields applicable to filesystem type as for bulk No idea I always do it at point of building ISO
