Now to your problem, does your burner support -RW media? that's the first step.
Right mouse click your drive and go to capabilities, you'll see in there if the media is supported.
If it's a movie and you use shrink, get shrink to output the file in an ISO format.
Or you can use imagtool classic to convert your VIDEO_TS folder to an ISO.
If it's data you're doing, you can try folder2iso.
Ask for them by name?
Make sure however that they are the real deal, the price will usualy give you some indication.
When you do get some, pop one in the drive, then copy and paste the info from the right hand side and we'll tell you if they are the real thing.
