  1. This is not an ISO building problem, as such shrink should still be fine. Just try some different disks, even tho TY's are good, your drive / firmware may not like them, it happens, my LG drive doesn't like them. I tried Verbs with MCC dye and never had a problem, give it a try.
  2. Strange ID for MCC dye, but should be ok. The only thing that comes to mind is to lower your burn speed, 8x is a bit fast for a usb connection.
  3. I think it would be ok to say this. Get shrink to output it to an ISO. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=131
  4. There is a new firmware for that drive (B7W9) that might fix your problem. http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?cate...=4&manufactor=1
  5. If nothing else, I've got to love the way you think DB.
  6. A log file out of ImgBurn would help a lot here, thanks.
  7. That's what we're here for, so, you're welcome. Now, if you follow the bosses sugestion (LIGHTNING_UK) you will find your problems will dissapear.
  8. Oh, Ok, I wasn't aware of that, I wonder why? Firmware? Just the same tho, I don't think these are anything to brag about.
  9. This is a typical poor quality media problem, can you please include the log from the burn? That will give much more needed info.
  10. Me thinks the type of media you're using has a lot to do with your problems.
  11. How much for this one?

  21. You didn't realy answer the question/s, I know the laptop is different, but why did you not format it on the desktop? wouldn't it do it? And what about the device manager on the desktop, do you have any question marks on any of the devices?
  22. Start ImgBurn, browse to the ISO or the MDS file, pick the drive you want to burn with, hit the burn button. Done.
  23. A couple of questions. Why did you format it on your laptop? Why not the desktop? In device manager, do you have any question marks on any of the devices? (desktop)
  24. 9 times out 10, yes.
