  1. Is that all? That's cheap. US$2.48 = AUS$3.28 (http://www.xe.com/ucc/) 3.78 litres = 1 US gallon. $3.28 / 3.78 litres = 86.77 AUS cents per litre. We're paying $1.40 a litre here. So...... $1.40 x 3.78 litres = $5.292 AUS$5.292 = US$4.00575 per US gallon. You - US$2.48 per gallon. Me- US$4 per gallon. No wonder we drink.
  2. As Cap. Kirk has already answered your question, might I ask one instead? I'm curious as to what benefit you would have in sharing a drive this way. Is there a need to swap/copy/transfer files between the 2 machines? Obviously, networking them is the most elegant solution. Failing that, installing some USB ports would work but it'd be a bit messier. (Having to copy files twice etc). A shared network drive gets my vote also.
  3. There are RSS links on many web pages, such as the BBC's. You click on one and you subscribe to a newsfeed. In Opera, they arrive like emails... I don't like the way Opera deals with RSS. This is what Sage looks like in Firefox.

  5. RSS - Really Simple Syndication. It's for news feeds. This might help. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS_(protocol)
  6. Free Opera? Might have to grab that. Thanks for the link. If anyone is interested, I've been playing with a plugin for FireFox for the last hour or so called Sage. It's an RSS aggregator that works a treat and is child's play to install. You can find it at: http://sage.mozdev.org
  7. I finished work 20 minutes ago. I'm far from motivated ATM.
  8. With the religious minority in the US currently attacking gays, <{POST_SNAPBACK}> An eloquent rant with only one minor flaw: The "Religious Right(wing)" could not be accused of being in the minority. They are a true power in the USA. So much so that evolution is being replaced by Intelligent Design and gravity is now being replaced with Intelligent Falling in some states. Ignorance and stupidity seem to have no boundaries. A seperation of church and state is impossible when our future (our children) is being legally brainwashed with religious garbage instead of an education. Information from the U.S. Census Bureau confirms that those with religious beliefs are firmly in the majority. http://www.adherents.com/adh_dem.html <rant off>
  9. LOL!! I wasn't serious. My skin isn't that thin.
  10. As a huge fan of heavy metal from rock to thrash to grindcore, I must take offence to this tagline. Afterall, what is there in country music besides singing (if you could call it that) about an 18-wheeler, your favourite dog, the wife that left you or your horse that died? Metal might be difficult for the masses to understand but it's always controversial. Forcing people to think is always a good thing.
  11. Not really. He thinks he's funny and the rest of us don't have the heart to tell him he isn't. LOL!!
  12. No idea. Sorry. Lightning? Care to comment?
  13. I only got it yesterday. I've got GTA3 and Vice City for the PS2 but I find the XBox is much better. Load times especially. I have a HDLoader for the PS2 but it's still slow compared to running it from the HD on the XBox. Besides, you can get trainers for the XBox.

  15. I hear you. I've been lost for the last few months myself.
  16. I might be a dumb fuck but I'm guessing it's just ISO write.
  17. What avatar? Would I have it here somewhere?
  18. Good to see I'm not as stupid as rumour would have it. I couldn't find the bastard either.
  19. Can I be the first to ask: Where the fuck is it? Betanews doesn't seem to have updated their servers yet. Any chance of grabbing it from you direct?
  20. WooHoo! Yer back! Good to see you again, mate.
