  1. http://www.firmwarehq.com/LG/GSA-H10N/files.html
  2. You can try, it won't explode if it doesn't work
  3. Use the Verify mode to check the burned disc against the source image, i.e. you shouldn't have disabled Verify
  4. Please post your Filter Driver Load Order (look in ImgBurn's Tools menu). Has that kind of blank disc worked before? Can you try with Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden media?
  5. I guess a Pioneer 116/117 would be a safe option
  6. Where's the log showing a good burn+verify?
  7. Update your burner's firmware (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished). You might also want to try a lens cleaning disc on that drive.
  8. In part, yes. If cleaning doesn't help then the drive is probably worn out.
  9. Please post the log from reading that disc (look in ImgBurn's Help menu).
  10. Try a lens cleaning disc on that drive. You may also want to try burning at 4x to see how it turns out.
  11. Firmware updates, if there's any, should be available on the laptop's manufacturer website. As for an external burner I think a Pioneer 116/117 (or 216/217) in an external enclosure of your choice would be the best option
  12. Where's the log of that burn?
  13. Since it passed the verification the disc is the same as the ISO image. The problem could be in the source image or your DVD player doesn't like that disc or the job your burner did on burning that disc. The burn process relies on the burner/firmware/media combination, so, can you guess what's the easiest way to solve burning problems?
  14. Have you looked here and here? You should also be able to unsubscribe using the Options button in the subscribed thread.
  15. Try a lens cleaning disc on that drive. Also try with better media such as Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden blanks.
  16. You're breaking the BD-Video standard, and that's why PowerDVD doesn't recognize the disc. You'll have to use a BD re-authoring program to do what you want, similar to what DVD Shrink does for DVDs.
  17. With ImgBurn in Read mode, could you insert the disc Panasonic sent you and copy/paste all the text shown in the Information box? Could you also tell us which filesystem(s) the disc has?
  18. If your HP drive is out of warranty and/or you can't return it, I would try this: http://club.cdfreaks.com/f44/changing-hp-d...-liteon-225961/
  19. You could try 6x or 8x but that's a low quality media anyway :&
  20. Now that the lens are clean you could try 2.4x again
  21. Close all other programs while burning. Also try defragmenting the HD where the image is stored. Your D: drive is external like the burner?
  22. Try a lens cleaning disc on that drive. You may also want to try burning at 4x to see if you get a better burn.
  23. Any up-to-date archiving program can create split volumes, 7-Zip is one of them and also is a freeware
  24. You'll need to try to find out, some console drives are quite picky. As for the burner I guess a Pioneer 116/117 (or 216/217) or a new Optiarc, any of them in an external enclosure of your choice would work
