  1. That's from the Log window. I meant the text shown in ImgBurn's window, all the information about the media.
  2. Update ImgBurn. Use a lens cleaning disc on your burner(s). If it doesn't work then read this -> http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000
  3. There's nothing to solve: simply put the slowest speed your burner is capable of burning those blanks is 2.4x (or 4x for the DVD-R blanks), and the slowest speed doesn't always result in the best burn quality, which is all the console cares about. Post the log of your recent burns that don't work (look in ImgBurn's Help menu).
  4. With ImgBurn in Write mode and a blank disc in the burner, copy and paste here all the text shown by ImgBurn.
  5. Which OS are you using? Both vista and win7 are able to boot from an AHCI SATA controller.
  6. Install the latest nvidia drivers to see if the problem goes away.
  7. Use a lens cleaning disc on that burner and try the other available write speeds.
  8. Also update ImgBurn while you're at it.
  9. Also update your burner's firmware to 10AB (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished).
  10. It's the 2nd post from the FAQ thread, and 5x isn't an available speed so the drive has been using 4x (look at the Supported Write Speeds in the information text).
  11. Update your burner's firmware (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished) and try again with the Verbatim blanks, preferably burning them at 6x or 4x.
  12. There's no log attached, so please attach it or post in a reply.
  13. Post the whole log from that burn session (look in ImgBurn's Help menu).
  14. Try with Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden blanks. Try with DVD+R blanks. Use a lens cleaning disc on that burner. Buy a new burner (not necessarily in that order).
  15. If you're trying to read a Wii game disc then you're wasting your time, because game discs are protected and ImgBurn doesn't copy protected discs
  16. ImgBurn doesn't support multisession.
  17. If it isn't able to burn the best (and oldest) dual-layer media on the market then, in my opinion, the burner is as good as dead
  18. Use a DVD re-authoring tool (even DVD Shrink might be able to do it) to re-author your DVD before burning.
  19. That's how the standard was designed to be and there's no way around
  20. Update your burner's firmware (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished) and try again. And next time please post the log from the failed burn as it has more information that allows us to help you better.
  21. Use a lens cleaning disc on that burner. If that doesn't help then try with the CG5M firmware.
  22. Yes, copy the file to a local HDD before burning and you won't have buffer problems again
