Those screenshots show you using Build mode to burn 27GB of BD-Video content to a 25GB BD-R. That isn't the same as burning the 21GB ISO image you have there

When it shows Unknown (Failed!), what's shown as the reason? Maybe you need to get win7 drivers for your motherboard's chipset and/or storage controller(s).

You could try with Taiyo Yuden blanks, but if it doesn't work with Verbatim blanks then the burner is as good as dead

After you've converted from UIF to ISO, burn the ISO using ImgBurn's Write mode. You should only extract from the ISO image if you don't want to burn it to a disc.

The one built in Windows itself. Using Windows Explorer/My Computer, right-click on your D: drive and choose Properties, go the Tools tab and there you'll have the option for checking for errors. Also enable the option to fix the errors when asked.

Check your D: drive for errors.

It seems to be a bug in that burner's firmware: the write speed reported by the burner when queried by ImgBurn was wrong yet it did obey the 2x write speed command.

The burning process depends on the burner/firmware/media combination, and since your burner already has the latest firmware, the problem is either the blanks or the burner itself. You need to try your blanks on another BluRay burner to see if they will work or not. Does any of your family or friends have a BluRay burner? You could also try lending/renting a BluRay burner from a computer store or something like that.

Try with new blanks from a different batch or try with another BluRay burner. You could also try a BluRay-compatible cleaning disc on your burner if you can find one of those.

You would use Windows Explorer/My Computer for that. ImgBurn only reads discs as a whole.

You didn't verify so we don't know if it was a good burn or not

Look for win7 drivers for your motherboard's chipset and/or storage controller(s). Use SIW to find their brand/model if you don't know them. Also post your Filter Driver Load Order (look in ImgBurn's Tools menu).

That's a lot of filter drivers and they could be causing this problem. If I were you I'd remove all of them (redbook and imapi can't be removed but they're part of windows so no problem there) to see if it would solve the problem. As for the debug mode it's automatically disabled after the first use so you don't need to worry about it.

That's a possibility too, but I think it would error out around that sector location, but not in exactly the same spot as before, which suggests the blanks as the problem.

Two different burns at different speeds yet it errors out at the very same spot I've seen that happen with bad batches of discs. See if you can return those blanks or get them exchanged with another batch. If whoever sold them to you doesn't do it, contact the nearest Verbatim reseller/office and demand an exchange or a refund because those blanks aren't cheap. If you have access to another BluRay burner try burning there, if only to rule out your burner as being defective.

Make sure you're using the latest ImgBurn version and post your Filter Driver Load Order (look in ImgBurn's Tools menu). There's also this post from the FAQ that you can follow in order to provide us with more information about the problem.

Have you tried burning at 2x?

The burner's name and firmware revision are shown in ImgBurn's Write mode, along with the reason why it can't burn the disc. You can take a screenshot if you prefer. As for the name you've mentioned, that sounds like a virtual drive like the one(s) created by Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120%

That log doesn't show any burn attempt. What does ImgBurn say in the status bar when there's a dual-layer blank disc in the burner? What's the name and firmware version of your burner?

Did you use ImgBurn's Build mode to burn your JPEGs to CD? Try that again using ISO9660 + Joliet filesystem (look in the Options tab). By the way ImgBurn automatically closes the disc, so you don't need to do it manually.

The Filter Driver Load Order option in ImgBurn's Tools menu is for a completely different purpose. Render the graph again with graphedit and check if ffdshow is being used now.

When you connect the USB burner, does it appear in Device Manager? Is there an exclamation point besides it? Also post your Filter Driver Load Order (look in ImgBurn's Tools menu).
