you should check your dma, theres a link in my signature about how to do it you should post a log of your last burn too , there might be something we can see in that , that can help

its probably the conversion software, imgburn just burns, it doesn't alter the files

check that your firmware is up to date, is this an xbox game? if so you should have chosen the .dvd file as it contains the layerbreak info, you chose 4x although your drive only supports 2.4x on those discs

open Imgburn in read mode insert your disc press on the destination folder choose which format you wish to save as , if iso then choose the cue file when mounting

both the burn and the verify are shown in your graph jason, the yellow is the write and the light blue the verify, this is normal if you want two separate just click on either verify on dvdip or write
