shouldn't make a difference whether you burn an iso or from files an long as you follow the guides and you are using verbatim discs/current firmware and the dics are not made in india but MKM-001-00 made in singapore

welcome to the ImgBurn support forum try again using imgburn, post a log of any error you may find , you can find the log under tools->imgburn logs

search for bios updates for your mobo , some boards have problems with for ex. 4gb of ram
