  1. why , have you got something stuck in your throat?
  2. are you using a +R disc or a -R disc? look on the packaging of the disc, your drive is only able to burn +R
  3. i remember a particular time when you invented an ingenious way to get rid of crc errors
  4. try updating your firmware , maybe you could post a log for us to look at please?
  5. hello and welcome to ImgBurn support forum. the drive shouldn't report raid, check your bios settings. verbatim or taiyo yuden discs are recommended, ritek are not what they once were
  6. probably a protected disc and nothing we can help with here, sorry
  7. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showforum=4 you know we spent hours making guides for using imgburn, to make things easy for new users. lightning referred you to the guides, if you read them, things will become a bit clearer, and if you still have questions afterwards, there's always someone here willing to offer help for free on this free programme.
  8. check to see if there is a firmware update for your drive, then try lowering the burn speed to 8x
  9. which region are you in? in europe SVP stock yudens, in the states i believe new egg do but i'm sure someone from that side of the pond can tell you for sure
  10. no feature comparison, it cant do music which nero can, but the next version of ib will allow cue/bin music but not mp3 conversion to wav, but windows media player can do this anyway. i don't have nero installed , imgburn does what i want
  11. well maybe you should take the curt posters advice , as he wrote the programme you are using
  12. hej hembo i remember you
  13. no multisession with imgburn, there is only a free version so no conversion required. can't see why it won't work with the new asus
  14. the time doesn't come into it, its size that matters, (or so i'm told ) your image will fit onto a single layer disc
  15. are you browsing using the file icon or the folder icon?
  16. CRC errors are usually from bad discs
  17. why would I use dvd shrink to burn a dvd9 when I have imgburn? he wasn't asking if you going to burn it with shrink, he meant did you create the original iso with shrink, if so , as blu said , it messes up the layer break
  18. then just try and use a single layer disc, no need for dual layer with a file that size
  19. its not big enough to write to dual layer. looks like it is an avi file or something, you will have to convert to dvd compliant first.
