  1. you assume correctly, if the files are too big to fit on single layer discs, imgburn will automatically choose the next size disc needed, an in this case it is dual layer , hence the DLO pops up, you need to squash your files a bit more. imgburn will detect single or dual layer discs when they are inserted, but in build mode watch what the information window tells you when you click on calculate
  2. dvd players are VERY forgiving , if you can burn and verify it should be good to go. i just don't trust discs that have high errors from the start, as some inferior discs degrade over (sometimes short) time
  3. you have no jitter measurement and its scanned with a different drive
  4. you could get a thousand different answers to this , but i personally am happy with 95% quality rating and above
  5. the last scan is certainly acceptable. jitter can affect the quality result dramatically but the scan looks good
  6. looks a lot better than posts 1,4 and 12
  7. C1 is the top (blue) part of the graph C2 is the bottom (green) part. we tend to use dvdinfopro on this forum, theres an explanation here http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=2168 maybe comparing your pie and pif totals with the one in the link may help
  8. the spike at around 1.5gb doesn't look too good. its a shame you couldn't measure jitter, it would give a more accurate result
  9. have you got media player open? or 2 instances of imgburn open? check the faq

  11. no file system use verbatims they're the only ones that work properly this speed is not supported by the disc
  12. can you post a log of the burn please? help->imgburn logs
  13. have you read the guides? are you using write mode for iso's and build mode for vobs?
  14. looks like a couple of avi files by the size of it, see LUK's post above
  15. any chance you can post a log of the burn? help->imgburn logs
  16. use verbatim media only for dual layer
  17. hope you have a good day
  18. i usually load the jpeg whilst the disc is burning, lots of time to do whatever
  19. shrink is for exactly what it says, shrinking dual layer discs to fit on a single layer disc, it wasn't designed for dual layer, isos made for burning to single layer made by shrink will work
  20. use http://imageshack.us/
  21. post a log please
  22. 2 dvd drives on different channels , 2 preferably sata hdd on different channels , don't bother its not worth it , use the queue function instead
