Nope, I’m pretty sure I never added anything like that. It’s quite trivial to add it though.

The 'invalid or unsupported image file' message comes up when you're in Write mode and attempt to burn something that isn't a disc image file. Write mode is not for burning your average mp4, avi, mkv etc files. It's for burning disc image files - iso, img, bin etc. Sounds like 'user error' to me.
-
The drivers are just the ones I got from here - https://www.primera.com/developersupport Of course, they might be older than what's available directly from that site now... the guide was written ages ago. If they find your autoloader, you should be fine. I don't know which exact models they support.
-
I have no clue. It works with whatever their drivers (the dlls) work with.

Yeah so I guess the cover art is what made the system try and use the sonic hd demuxer filter (built in filters couldn't handle the cover art) and that same filter is probably what caused the issue with it not actually processing the file/data. Glad you found a workaround.
-
The fact that the sonic hd demuxer was being used by DirectShow makes me think there is something the system doesn’t like about them. Take a copy of a problem file and totally remove the tag. Then see if you get the same filter list / it works correctly.
-
Right click one of the problem files once you've added it within the 'Create CUE File' feature/window. Pick the option to display the directshow filter list (if it lets you) and let me know what it says please. There must just be something weird in the file that your filters can't cope with. Removing the (ID3 etc) tags sometimes solves issues like this.

It’ll work with both formats. It’s only reading and writing discs, they’re all pretty similar.

Problem with start-up, any ideas ? Think it may be Bravo related

It looks like the crash is coming from within the PTRobot driver itself. Keep yours safe, but you could try the newer PTRobot v1.8.1 drivers available here: https://www.primera.com/developersupport Is the 'assistant' you mentioned earlier something trying to deal with the crash? -

Press F8 and then do Tools -> 'Search for SCSI/ATAPI devices' again manually. Post the log from that please, it may contain something a bit more useful. -
Oh, the files are already on the disc.... I'm afraid the answer is still no. There is no file level copy operation feature, it'll only read the disc sector by sector in its entirety. You can still just mount the ISO and gain access to all of those files, or open the ISO in something like 7zip / WinRAR to 'extract' them from it. The ISO is just like a box really... with other things in it.
-
Oh, so your primera works now? Did you not have the same DLLs as in that guide anyway or did they send you newer dlls? You can only make a complete image of the disc (which is what an ISO is). It won't convert to mp4 / avi or anything like that.
-
So you'd just go into Read mode and enable the 'Batch Mode' checkbox at the bottom right of the main screen. The rest is automatic. It'll make ISO files based on the name of the disc, so hopefully they have different labels.
-
But yours doesn't work, so that isn't going to help!
-
Yes, I have the dlls, they're attached in the guide here on the forum. I know you didn't ask if I had a primera machine, but the dlls would be useless without one, so your actual question made no sense. No autoloader is any more capable that any other one where ImgBurn is concerned. ImgBurn can load and eject discs from all of them and then it's just a case of working with the drives - which is the same for all drives (in autoloaders or physically in your PC). It'll read discs and write them.
-
I don't have a primera machine here now, just an acronova nimbie and vinpower digital ripbox. My pimera was old and massive... but it did work!
-
I guess there isn't much you can do then if the dlls aren't working for your machine. It's a bit annoying though!
-
I'm pretty sure I've seen people in the past using it/them on machines with 2 drives. What happens in the software supplied with the machine? Does it work?
-
The disc is copy protected. Probably SafeDisc or Securom. Both were popular back in the day.

I have no control over the ad page you see, it's designed and inserted by them and their plugin. -

I’m sure malwarebytes anti-malware will clear out most things.
