Try cleaning the lens of the drive with a lens cleaning disc. Make sure that the RW disc is in good condition (no scratches or fingerprints). Try a new one if that was used for a long time. Try 2x burning speed, obviously (MAX) 4x don't work. Use a regular blank disc instead of RW disc. If nothing helps, buy a new drive.

Use the drive as source for files, add what you want to them in Build mode and make an image that you'll burn after. On the Options tab on the right tick "Add To Queue When Done". After image has been created switch to Write mode and hit the big Burn button. Pretty automated.

Probably it's due to the type of formating the disc. A full erase/format with ImgBurn with 'Prefer Format Without Spare Areas' enabled in the settings (Write tab) should solve the problem. After that, don't let other programs (or Windows) to format the disc again. Stick to ImgBurn to do that job if you ever need it again. You could try cleaning the lens but I think you need a new drive. Avoid slimline/laptop drives. Get a full size one and an external enclosure.

There are a lot of little programs that already do what you want. Use Google. ImgBurn is a burning tool. For optical discs.

This time the size looks right but you got 10 Files, 0 Folders where it should be 10 Files, 2 Folders. Didn't you get any prompt saying something about creating a DVD Video? What did you answered? 2x is not an option in your configuration, use a higher speed, like 8x should work... Use Virtual CloneDrive to create a virtual DVD drive that you can use to test the images of discs created. Until you sort out the problem switch back to the image output to save discs or use a RW disc

Mount the .iso created (C:\Users\Cathy\Documents\Ozzie_Harriet.iso) in a virtual drive, see what files get there. Did you reset the settings as mmalves asked? What happens if you try adding all the 10 files without the VIDEO_TS directory?

From the log you provide it seems you added only 4 files from a total of 10 files that you should have in VIDEO_TS directory. From the total size you should have there (more than 4 GB) you have ~1.2 MB. If the car player supports DVD, most probably have support for .mp3 too. Use the Write files/folders to disc mode (Build mode). - almost 200 songs will fit on a CD (depending on the compression of the .mp3s) - on a DVD will fit more than 800 songs (depending on the compression of the .mp3s) Forget about it. I pointed out in my first post. Or simply use a CD instead of DVD. You keep asking questions but not give us information. Did you looked in the manual of the player? What make model is your car player? Maybe we have a look at it in your place, if we have the time and mood.

1. Audio DVD is a format that not much stand alone players would support, I doubt a car player will. 2. If it's ONLY CD, how can you expect to play a DVD? I recommend to read the manual of the player and find out exactly what format it can play and support, than make the disc according. Uninstalling Daemon Tools will not remove the Duplex Secure's SPTD driver. You need to uninstall it separately using their tool. http://www.duplexsecure.com/en/faq

The cue file is for when you want an Audio CD out from the audio file you have. If you want just the audio file on the disc as is, you don't need the cue.

Than read again. It happens frequently on LG and Lite-On drives. Not much you can do if the manufacturer don't resolve the problem with a firmware update. My experience with this drives (LG and Lite-On) is that they worn out rapidly. LG have frequently open/close tray problem and the Lite-On don't recognize any discs. Surely I'll never buy LG drives again. With the Lite-On I may think again when the time comes and need a replacement. I'll do a research.

Daemon Tools installed that driver. Some other programs may install it too. It's just a worning. As it states, sometimes can cause problems. If you are happy with your system you can safely ignore that warning.

Could you be more specific with "everything i could"? There are 5 points, what you did and what not? If you ruled out the first 4 than go with the 5th.
