  1. Probably this will help you find something you need http://www.videohelp.com/tools/sections/authoring-dvd
  2. DVD Video is for video+audio, it can be only video but not only audio. The audio format on DVD Video can be PCM, MP2, AC3 or DTS http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DVD-Video What you can do is to use some DVD authoring tool and make a compliant DVD Video using a still picture or a group of pictures in slide and add your audio files as soundtrack.
  3. This is the original error. Something in your drive/firmware/media combination issue. Hope that firmware update will fix that.
  4. Yes, ImgBurn can put just about anything you give it on a disc. You are a little confusing things in that description. What format the music you want to put on that DVD is, .mp3? Use Build mode and fill the disc. Check first in the manual to be sure that your player can read .mp3's from DVD(+R/-R), not all suppot that, some players can read them only from CD.
  5. Slow dosen't necessary render in a good burn. Why do you think that they make drives that are capable to burn at high rates? Only to burn slow?
  6. Update the firmware on your drive to TN03 http://www.firmwarehq.com/LG/GH22NS50/files.html Why are you burn at slow speed, you are using 8x rated media, try all available supported speeds.
  7. How you slipstream, from cmd with /integrate? nLite or RVM Integrator can build a Bootable ISO from files with internal bootimage. http://www.nliteos.com/ http://integrator.siginetsoftware.com/index.php?download
  8. Try other speeds available, leave out 6x and MAX What is that drive (maker/model) that is shown as 20X20X12X? How old is? Try find an updated firmware for it. A lens cleaning disc may help too. Use quality discs, Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden are recommended.
  9. A full log showing a burn and verify session would tell us more than a screeshot. Your drive have an updated firmware, try again after installing it http://www.firmwarehq.com/LG/GSA-H42N/files.html Use high quality discs. Verbatim are recommended.
  10. One day late Saint Nicholas GIFT! Thank you!
  11. You missed the first part of the log. Try a lower speed (all) instead of MAX
  12. Go on, is one of the recommended drives. Here are some tests with that drive with various discs and speeds http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=10843
  13. Your drive is ancient. There is a firmware update (1.12) I found on IBM site, try installing it http://www-947.ibm.com/support/entry/portal/docdisplay?brandind=5000004&lndocid=MIGR-45893 Your drive don't have support for the new media, see it not offers any speed... You better get one modern drive, they are so cheep now... And yes, update ImgBurn as LUK! suggest.
  14. Your drive is old and not dealing well with new media. Try the latest firmware, you want 0803 http://www.firmwarehq.com/Samsung/TS-H652L/files.html See how confuse is your drive? The only speed supported is 2.4x. you want MAX and it uses 2x. You said you have an external drive. Why not take it off from the enclosure and replace the internal with that?
  15. On the right side in Option tab tick Recurse Subdirectories and Include Hidden Files More info here http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=6392&st=0&p=66439&&do=findComment&comment=66439 see section 3.3.2 Options and Settings
  16. Try again with the latest firmware http://www.firmwarehq.com/BenQ/DW1655/files.html Read and follow this http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000
  17. Try cleaning the lens with a cleaning disc or manual if you know how to do it. Matshita are famos for their bad burners, so try with high quality discs from Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden. You are using an outdated ImgBurn, update to latest version, see my sig. Also update Vista to SP2 if you don't have a valid reason to stuck at SP1
  18. What a "killer" combination you have there. Matshita are famous for their bad burners in combination with the cheap/worst media known. Try all supported speeds, start with 4x up as you ruled out 2,4x You can try cleaning the lens with a cleaning disc or manual if you know how to do it. Use high quality discs. Verbatin and Tayio Yuden are recommended.
  19. I use the exported registry as a preconfig too. I don't use it silent, just not need all the clicks and the after config. Don't know if the silent will overwrite all settings (LUK! please enlighten us!) but here is how I do it. Install normal and select what you want, make the settings and shortcuts all you need than export the .reg. You better import the .reg before the installation to preserve settings on the next installs and no need to manually remove anything. Not sure but if some settings will be added/modified in future releses probably will need a new .reg for that release to include those setting too.
  20. Today, 1 December, we Romania people, celabrate our National Day to serve 92 years from resolution enactment (The Great Union) whereby it was established uniting all romanians from Transylvania, whole Banat (contents between Mures, Tisza and Danube River) and the Hungarian country (Crisana, Satmar and Maramures) with Romania. La multi ani, Romania! Google celebrate with us! Curious how many romanians are on this forum. I guess will never know.
  21. Try update chipset/storage drivers from motherboard/chipset manufacturer site, don't rely just on Microsoft drivers if you are not done it yet. Also you can try to move the drives to ports controlled by the main chipset instead of third party if it's the case. LiteOn have a SmartPack - Firmware Auto Upgrade Program for Optical Storage Products on their site that claims: This program will automatically detect and upgrade your drive's firmware. Have you tried that?
  22. Try first with quality discs from Verbatim. If that dosen't make you happy, replace the drive with a new one avoiding slim type drives.
  23. Seems your drive hasn't changed the Book Type. Also that media is not well supported by your drive. See the only speed available. Read and follow this http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000
  24. Try again with RR07 firmware, you currently have RR04 installed http://www.firmwarehq.com/LG/GSA-T50N/files.html Try all the speeds supported. Cleaning the lens with a cleaning disc or manual with soft cloth/cotton bud and alcohol might help too.
  25. Read the pink box above and follow the suggestions. Post a log as it says.
