it's a PAL/NTSC problem...
if your trying to watch a PAL VIDEO file on a NTSC TV or vice-versa, you'll get scrolling image problem....
After google'ing around, i found your ISO is in PAL format.... so looks like you have a NTSC TV....
you'll need to convert from PAL to NTSC....
To do so, I suggest you:
extract the content of your PAL ISO using ISOBUSTER ( shareware )
or
extract the content by mounting your PAL ISO to a virtual drive using Deamon Tools Lite ( Freeware )

Allows you to change the write speed for your media and add new media codes to your firmware...
ok but, why would i need to do that?
-
have you updated to Windows SP3 & firmware to 1.03?
-
can you explain which file types are you trying to work with?
are they AVI's you want to convert to DVD?
-
sweet

first, always use the latest ImgBurn,,,,
current version: 2.4.4.0
-
is your DVD Burner still on warranty?
-
-
think i made a mistake by purchasing a non dvd-ram writing capable burner?
-
Sony + Nec started Optiarc. Now it's only Sony. The 7240 is based on Nec chipset and not just a rebadged Lite-On as some Sony/Optiarc models are.
Ok
so SONY now holds Optiarc
but now NEC holds?
-
Ok, i've read on the subject on WIKIPEDIA but,
does anyone here uses them instead of DVD+RW and DVD-RW?
Cuz looks like the discs have a built-in error control and defect management system....
Which would make DVD-RAM better than DVD+RW and DVD-RW i guess.....
Anyways, my drive doesn't support writing to DVD-RAM,,,,
i didn't know that before purchasing....
What do you guys think about DVD-RAM in general?
-
the new Optiarc 7240 (released in the US so far) looks like a nice all-round burner.
hmmm.... Whats the Diff between Sony, Nec & Optiarc?
also LUK!, which DVD writer are u favoring or using?

download this pack -> http://www.sendspace.com/file/n51kha
extract it
run "WinDWFlash.exe"
select "b7v9.cvt" as firmware
then click on FLASH THE DRIVE
once done, reboot
keep me updated!
-
ok
use this DLL file instead -> ftp://ftp6.nero.com/wnaspi32.dll
and put it in the same folder as "BQFlasher.exe"
Keep me updated!
-
Oh...
you'll need to get this "WNASPI32.DLL" file here -> http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/pop.php?wnaspi32
and put it
in the same folder as "BQFlasher.exe"
before running it....
or else,
you'll always receive that error message....
sorry
Don't forget that once flashed, REBOOT your PC!
Keep me updated!
-
Try ConvertXtoDVD instead then.
best in the bizz

To crossflash the drive, which i suggest by the way,
Get Quikee's BQFlasher -> http://redirectingat.com/?id=49X85&url...m/BQFlasher.zip
Get the BQFirware -> http://www.megaupload.com/?d=Q25WTCUW
and load in the BQFirware (B7W9.exe)
into Quikee's BQFlasher (BQFlasher.exe)
once flashed, reboot
Am I the only one...
