  1. Ive never encountered a problem since upgrading,,

what i suggest is post a LOG here and we'll see whats going on...

but mean while, make sure as always that you use quality media and keep your firmware up to date!

  2. it's a PAL/NTSC problem...

if your trying to watch a PAL VIDEO file on a NTSC TV or vice-versa, you'll get scrolling image problem....

After google'ing around, i found your ISO is in PAL format.... so looks like you have a NTSC TV....

you'll need to convert from PAL to NTSC....

To do so, I suggest you:

extract the content of your PAL ISO using ISOBUSTER ( shareware )

    or

extract the content by mounting your PAL ISO to a virtual drive using Deamon Tools Lite ( Freeware )

  3. Ok, i've read on the subject on WIKIPEDIA but,

does anyone here uses them instead of DVD+RW and DVD-RW?

Cuz looks like the discs have a built-in error control and defect management system....

Which would make DVD-RAM better than DVD+RW and DVD-RW i guess.....

Anyways, my drive doesn't support writing to DVD-RAM,,,,

i didn't know that before purchasing....

What do you guys think about DVD-RAM in general?

  4. I googled around using his specific Drive Brand

and alot of people had issues and fixed those by CrossFlashing....

Many people on Afterdwan and club cd freaks....

im just reporting what ive read in there and try to help him...

I agree tho that he must also use the latest IMGBURN....
