  1. It's the information about how the disc was once manufactured. Last recorded shows how it is now. Even if it burned ok, it could still be a joke and not readable. You could do a simple test and use the read mode to read the disc and see if it can be read and that might be the issue with your non reading problem in the game console.
  2. Did you verify the burn so you know that the burned disc is ok?
  3. You'll find old logs here: Main Menu -> Help -> ImgBurn Logs
  4. A log would tell more. According to the Internet, that drive should book type DVD +R DL media by itself. Can you switch to read mode and insert the burned DL disc and copy the info in the disc info panel?
  5. Did you use the option Verify while you burned the disc. IMHO opinion it's safer to get a new drive. Not certain that those new discs can be burned and then you have bought them unnecessarily.
  6. The only speed that is supported is Your posted log used the 2x speed, so that it worked now can be one lucky time. I wouldn't trust it to work the next times.
  7. It should be able to burn DVD +R DL media at 2.4x speed. Might be that the brand you use is not very good. Can you switch to read mode and insert a blanc disc and copy the info in the disc info panel window? (Assuming that the computer is not yet outside the window).
  8. Logs a: In the log window in the front of you b: Main Menu -> Help -> ImgBurn Logs
  9. You can change it in the settings in the tab Read.
  10. An ISO is a disc image and only one can be put on each disc. If you want more, you need to split/mount the ISOs and then make a new compilation/ISO and then burn that new compilation/ISO to a disc. What's in the ISOs? How to mount an ISO.
  11. The LiteOn Atapi iHAS 124 Y is a rebadged Optiarc AD-7240S and the graph looks like those use to look with the drops. The part after 4GB looks odd in your graph - is that true Verbatims? http://slickdeals.net/forums/showthread.php?t=1965422 This is one of my burns with an Optiarc AD-7240S. You should use Verify to see that graph also.
  12. The same error code with the Verbatims? You can use this page to see if you have the latests drivers. http://www.ma-config.com/
  13. Have you tried with a Verbatim DL disc?
  14. Not sure I understand you. If it's sata there's no jumper to change.
  15. The jumper on the back of the drive (slave/master/cd) is set correctly?
  16. You never wrote anything to the discs, so they are still unused and empty.
  17. What brand of drive is it? Sounds as an Optiarc.
  18. It can only read DVDs, not burn them. You need to ask Santa for a DVD burner.
  19. Wii games can only be read by certain readers + they are often copy protected.
  20. Tried to restart the computer? Latest chipset drivers installed? http://www.ma-config.com/
  21. Did you burn from another program like DVDFab/DVD Flick?
  22. It's based on the same chip as some Lite-Ons have. It's not a rebadged Lite-On.
  23. http://www.ma-config.com/
  24. Old logs Main Menu -> Help -> ImgBurn Logs
  25. Same issue with 4x speed? Latest drivers installed? http://www.ma-config.com/
